Talk One Minute About... is a flexible speaking warm-up activity designed for A1–A2 learners. The set includes topic-based speaking cards with 3×3 prompt grids covering everyday themes such as daily life, shopping, housework, Easter, holidays, and free time. Students use the prompts to speak for one minute, helping them build confidence and practise common vocabulary in a simple and structured way. This activity works well as a lesson starter, fluency practice task, or quick revision activity.

How to use 🎯

1. Each set is based on a topic and contains 6 speaking cards.
2. Use a randomizer or ask a student to choose three cards.
3. The student selects one square from each card and speaks for one minute about the prompts.
4. Encourage students to use present simple, past simple, or future forms where possible.
5. Optional: classmates ask one follow-up question after each talk to extend speaking practice.
