Present Perfect Postcards

This activity features slides with postcards from cities around the world. Students practise the present perfect tense by creating sentences using the words provided and the adverbs just, already, and yet. It's a fun way to combine travel-themed content with grammar practice for A2–B1 learners.

How to Use

1. Show a slide with a postcard and the associated words to the students.
2. Ask students to create sentences using the present perfect tense along with just, already, or yet.
3. Encourage students to share their sentences with a partner or the class.
4. Rotate through multiple postcards to provide a variety of locations and vocabulary.
5. Optionally, discuss the cities featured to incorporate additional speaking practice and cultural awareness.
